How the complete pack works
One person, the whole build — told as it actually happens.
Most Shopify projects pass through three different people: a designer, a developer, and — if you're lucky — someone thinking about conversion. Here, it's one continuous build.
The store is designed around your funnel, not a template
Every layout decision — homepage, collection, product page — starts from how a buyer actually moves toward checkout, not from what a theme demo looks like. Structure first, decoration second.
The design gets built properly in Liquid, not patched with apps
Custom sections, metafields, and Shopify Functions where they're genuinely needed — native Shopify capability first, an app only when there's no better way to do it. That's what keeps a store fast at scale.
Every page is pressure-tested against one question: does this convert?
Product pages, bundles, upsells, and checkout flow all get built with a conversion hypothesis behind them — not just "it looks good." Recent examples: a PDP that moved from 1.6% to 2.4%, a store that went from 55 to 90 on mobile PageSpeed.
Launch isn't the finish line
Post-launch support is part of the package — bug fixes, small iterations, and a developer who already knows the store instead of a new hire starting from zero.
